Since 2002 AAACOM has provided specialty services to our existing clients including transmission signal checks, set top box downloads and technical assistance eliminating the need for extended down time whilst waiting for a technician to arrive on site.
In 2004 AAACOM assisted a major broadcaster in the changeover of their transmission signal affecting tens of thousands of viewers requiring adjustment of their receiving equipment. Our call centre arranged qualified technicians to attend to thousands of clients residence to carry out the neccesary adjustments. As this project was time sensitive, a great deal of co operation from our call centre and well established technician fleet ensured it's success.
In 2007 AAACOM assisted a major broadcaster in the changeover of their transmission signal affecting tens of thousands of viewers requiring technical assistance to change settings in their set top box. Per day our call centre handled hundreds of calls and operated during hours specified by our client. This project lasted several months and we offered the flexibility to terminate the call centre as the demand subsided.
